From Used Oil to Recovered Base Oil
Base oil yield and viscosity grades depend on feedstock, design and operating conditions. API base oil grouping requires the relevant analytical data; colour improvement alone does not establish Group II quality.

A practical design starts with the feedstock and the product you need to make. BPSPS evaluates feed composition, required throughput, target viscosity cuts and site utilities before defining the equipment configuration.
Our scope can include process design, equipment manufacture, installation assistance, commissioning and operator training, as agreed for the equipment supply project.
BARANOL is the BPSPS brand for innovative distillation and evaporation technologies. Base oil production and finished lubricant blending are separate stages: engine oil requires a suitable base oil, an additive package and formulation testing.
